I will be hosting an insights session in the next three weeks on EB-1A and O-1 RFEs with a well-known law firm. We may also eventually do a similar session on EB-2 NIW RFEs.

You can sign up for the session through the link below (for paid subscribers).

We will be covering:

  • Data on EB-1A and O-1 RFEs (based on the hundreds of cases the firm has handled).

  • How they approach EB-1A and O-1 RFEs.

  • Actual (anonymized) examples of how they have helped clients overcome RFEs.

Here are some data points that they have shared about their work with EB-1A and O-1 clients (I will also share data points on their work with EB-2 NIW clients shortly):

  • 200-250 active EB-1A and O-1 cases per month.

  • An approval rate of approximately 91-93%.

  • Clients tend to be top ML researchers, startup founders, senior engineers, product leaders, academics, inventors with impactful patents, etc.

As part of an ongoing pilot initiative, I will also be selecting 10-30 more of you (possibly more) who are 1-3 months away from filing and giving you access to:

  • Complimentary consultations with them.

  • A special case rate (around $9000 if I refer you versus over $10,000).

I will slowly increase access to this offer once I am able to get feedback from initial members of this initiative.

My focus with this initiative will be (and will always be) your experience as a client. If you are selected for this initiative and sign on with the firm to have them handle your case, I will be closely involved to make sure you get a great experience.

I will also be working with them on materials and events to help with answering some of your questions about EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1.

Interested in joining this pilot initiative and/or getting access to the insights session? (for paid subscribers)
