Interested in an independent reference letter for EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and/or O-1?

I now work with eight industry experts on independent reference letters:

  • Expert 1: an Associate Professor at Rutgers University who has 2300+ citations, published in top journals, and presented at top conferences. He also works as an AI and Computer Vision Lead for the New York Yankees and previously worked for IBM. He is also a Principal Investigator at the prestigious $26 million NSF Engineering Research Center and was awarded a $1 million by the National Institutes of Health to develop an AI-baed platform. He holds a PhD from UC Berkeley and a BS from MIT.

  • Expert 2: a guest lecturer on AI Agents at Stanford University and the CEO of an AI company with customers including Databricks, GitHub, and Elastic. He has won international computer science contests, first authored multiple machine learning research papers, and formerly worked as a software engineer at Amazon. He has also helped organize over 100 hackathons, conferences, and other events in AI.

  • Expert 3: the CEO of Docufly and the former Chief Product Officer of SafeSend, which exited for $600 million (acquired by Thomson Reuters). Through his work in product management, he has scaled revenue of a flagship product from $50 million to $160 million, 6x’ed revenue at a Series B startup, grown NPS to 65, built teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, and increased product development throughput at a scale-up company by 400%.

He is the former CTO of Myspace, created Veoh, and has led social product initiatives for Google. Prior to Veoh, he founded Akonix Systems, Inc., an enterprise cybersecurity company, which raised $34 million in venture capital and was acquired by Quest Software.

  • Expert 5: an MIT lecturer who also works at a top AI startup based in the U.S. He has over two decades of experience in industries such as finance, telecommunications, travel, etc., and is also a research fellow at a top Australian university.

  • Expert 6: a power substation engineer with over 25 years of experience in the utilities industry (specifically power substations). He is the Chair of an IEEE Section and has a background in electrical engineering. He also has leadership experience in construction, project management, and engineering management.

About me:

My name is Jason and I work with top immigration lawyers on educational resources related EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1. Most of the profile-building insights I share in this newsletter come from my work with these lawyers.

As a paid subscriber to this newsletter, you get access to:

  • My EB-1A/EB-2 NIW/O-1 profile-building opportunities database (400+ opportunities so far, updated every 2-3 days). Once you become a paid subscriber, I will share this spreadsheet with you.

  • My private EB-1A/EB-2 NIW/O-1 profile-building group (link below, you will also get access to the newsletter chat). Members have been able to:

    • Land speaking opportunities.

    • Land peer review and other judging opportunities (through a university contact listed in my newsletter resources and through peer reviewer members of my private group).

    • Land conference committee positions.

    • Find co-authors for papers.

    • Get in touch with reporters.

    • Find independent references.

    • Get involved in top member organizations in their field.

    • Work with other profile-builders.

    • Judge hackathons.

  • My contacts database (these are universities, event organizers, and people involved in relevant organizations that I have spoken to, you can mention my name if you decide to reach out to them). Also, next week, I will be speaking to someone who has won six hackathons to see if he can share insights on how to land hackathon judging opportunities.

  • Video resources (recorded question and answer-style videos with EB-1A recipients, recordings of my EB-1A profile-building office hours), my guides to EB-1A and EB-2 NIW profile-building, and my reviews of AAO decisions (which go into USCIS’s reasoning for denying an EB-1A/O-1 petition). I review both EB-1A and O-1 decisions.

  • Here are some reviews of the newsletter.

Once you become a paid subscriber, I will share all of the above resources with you via Google Drive (links below).
