Here are some general examples:
Reviewing paper submissions for conferences and journals (also known as peer reviewing, one of the strongest forms of judging evidence).
Reviewing awards nominations (this can also be strong, especially if you are involved in judging top industry awards).
Reviewing contributions to a professional and/or trade publication.
Reviewing open source contributions (more difficult to prove but can count as judging if you can show through a reference letter, perhaps from one of the organizers of the open source project, that you reviewed the contributions of other professionals in your field).
Reviewing applications for a top advisory board in your field (a lot of universities and professional organizations have industry advisory boards and occasionally accept new members. Applications are usually reviewed by current advisory board members).
Reviewing the credentials and work of professionals in your field as part of a professional certification examination process.
